Program Manager of Marketing & Development

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* Five years of related experience in administration* Prior experience with event planning and execution, demonstrating strong attention to detail* Ability to connect and build relationships with sponsors, donors, season subscribers, advertisers, vendors, and university constituents* Knowledge and understanding of the arts and how participation in the arts enhances life and education* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a wide range of customers and stakeholders. Skilled in adapting communication style to meet the needs of various audiences, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and positive engagement* Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications* Effective verbal and written communication skills* Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills* Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others* This position is security sensitive* This position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TAMU policies, regulations, rules and procedures* All tasks and job responsibilities must be performed safely without injury to self or others in compliance with System and University safety requirementsHowdy and thank you for your interest in a career with Texas A&M University.
