WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: In this Marketing and Communications Coordinator role at Capps Plumbing & Sewer, Inc., you are constantly coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across both the B2C (homeowner) and B2B (commercial/trade partner) sectors, ensuring that every message is always on-brand and aligned with our strategic goals. You act as the essential bridge, serving as the main liaison between leadership, various internal departments, and our external advertising agency to manage all timelines, approvals, and key deliverables effectively. You continually track and analyze marketing performance data to accurately measure ROI and interpret these findings into actionable, data-driven insights that you then recommend for improvement to leadership.

To Qualify For This Marketing And Communications Coordinator Position, You'll Need:

3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or advertising coordination role, ideally in both B2C (homeowner) and B2B (commercial/trade partner) environments,

possessing 4-6+ years of experience is preferred

Experience managing vendor or agency relationships, including tracking deliverables, reviewing creative work, and coordinating approvals

Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or SEO tools, not to manage campaigns directly, but to review performance data, interpret results, and communicate insights to leadership and the agency

Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut) to assist with light, in-house content creation or collaborate effectively with external designers

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and digital advertising

Proficiency in interpreting and summarizing marketing analytics from digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and other channels) to provide actionable insights for leadership

Strong strategic and analytical mindset

Ability to connect marketing performance data to business objectives and recommend data-driven improvements

Knowledge of or experience in the construction, home services, or trades industries

HOW WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM:

Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Schedule:

8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday
