Job Description Are you passionate about designing custom homes that blend bold creativity with functional, livable spaces? Millhaven Homes is seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Designer with extensive experience to join our team and continue our legacy of award-winning homes.

About the Role As a Residential Architect or Designer at Millhaven, you’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional living spaces for clients locally and across the United States. Your designs provide the foundation for both our team’s success and our clients’ lives.

At Millhaven, you’ll collaborate directly with clients and remain involved throughout the entire process. You won’t just send plans out the door, you’ll watch your designs go vertical and see the joy on clients’ faces as their dream homes come to life.

Responsibilities

Lead clients from concept sketches through fully detailed construction documents

Design innovative, functional, and luxurious spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle

Produce exterior elevations, interior layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD and Revit

Collaborate daily with Millhaven’s interior design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Conduct site visits and provide creative solutions to design challenges

Stay ahead of trends in residential architecture, sustainability, and design technology

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in high‑end residential design (licensed Architect preferred but not required)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical precision, and attention to detail (must be submitted with application)

Passion for creating exceptional living spaces

Team player with strong communication skills and self‑driven mindset
