OWC is seeking a dynamic, proactive EU Marketing Manager to expand its brand presence across Europe. This role will localize and amplify our U.S.-based marketing efforts for maximum regional relevance and impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a strong understanding of the European media landscape, influencer community, and channel partner ecosystem.
What Will You be Doing?
Localize and execute U.S.-driven PR strategies in European markets
Identify and manage relationships with regional media outlets, product reviewers, bloggers, and influencers
Secure product reviews and influencer campaigns that drive brand credibility and awareness
Social & Content Marketing
Localize and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and region-specific platforms
Drive multi-language/regional YouTube strategy and engagement
Develop localized content calendars in sync with global product launches
Advertising & Awareness Campaigns
Develop and execute a regional advertising plan for Europe, including digital, print, and programmatic campaigns
Identify local advertising partners and media outlets for optimal brand exposure
Collaborate with U.S. team to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment
Trade Show & Event Marketing
Collaborate with EU Sales Director to plan and execute local trade shows and event activations
Manage event logistics including floorplans, booth design, and product selections
Support channel partner involvement and co‑branded presence at regional events
Define and execute the EU channel marketing strategy in conjunction with the EU Sales Director
Repurpose U.S. channel marketing materials and adapt for European markets
Align with sales and business development teams to support both existing and new channel partners
Track campaign performance and optimize for engagement, growth, and sales enablement
Project & Campaign Execution
Lead day-to-day EU marketing execution, campaign rollout, and calendar planning
Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect OWC brand standards and regional compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and operations teams
What Will You Bring with You?
5+ years of regional or international marketing experience, preferably in technology or consumer electronics
Proven track record in PR, influencer marketing, advertising, and social campaigns across multiple EU markets
Experience managing trade show participation and event logistics
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong plus
Willingness to travel within Europe for trade shows and partner engagements
Knowledge of creative professional markets (video, photo, audio)
Experience working with resellers/distributors across EMEA
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
The compensation package for this role is €75k‑€85k and will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
