Amazon Autos is seeking a skilled LEGO/Arborist/Content Symphony Specialist with the flexibility to manage changing priorities, the thoughtfulness to do what’s in the best interest of the business, and the desire to always keep the trains running smoothly. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, self‑directed, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure in a deadline‑driven atmosphere. Creating quality traffic through well‑built, properly managed landing pages is at the heart of this role. This role requires you to quickly get to know our business well and manage multiple landing pages and campaigns at once. As a regional business, Amazon Autos needs to build out and manage dozens of regionalized landing pages that are optimized for a good customer experience and for building SEO equity in an AI‑driven search environment.

The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, self‑directed, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a pressure‑filled, deadline‑driven environment. Driving quality traffic through paid search and social ads is at the heart of this role. This role requires you to quickly get to know our business well and build strategies that increase our online visibility as measured by traffic and high‑value actions on Amazon Autos. You will spearhead new campaigns, find growth opportunities through optimization, quantify data, and pull out insights to push your strategies forward in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Deep knowledge and experience with LEGO, Arborist, and Content Symphony platforms and ability to implement landing page changes
Manage and maintain website content and optimize for an AI‑based search world
Manage and maintain landing pages; merchandising for promotional offers and continually optimizing for better click‑throughs, while reducing traffic attrition
Create and schedule standalone campaigns with a clear focus on devising strategies to optimize pass‑through traffic and drive engagement
Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms—including social media, email, and search engines—to anticipate upcoming content/landing page needs
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and technologies in content management and SEO
Manage day‑to‑day work allocation and perform quality audit on deliverables
Understand the metrics used to measure landing page effectiveness and SEO success
Operate in an ambiguous environment to define new business practices and standard operating procedures
Quickly understand SLA, metrics, deliverables and work toward achieving goals
Have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor
Collaborate with teams to gather learning on how internal marketing tools are managed, maintained, and continue to build use cases that build efficiencies in developing operational excellence
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional, non‑internship experience, plus a bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or marketing
Deep experience working with LEGO, Content Symphony and Arborist
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, verbal and written skills
Exceptional attention to detail in campaign management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Asana or other project management/ticketing platforms
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes
Self‑starter, good team player
Ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues
Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing
