is a 360‑bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Middle Village Queens. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents.

Department Marketing/Admissions

Purpose The Marketer role assists the admissions team in managing referral sources, community outreach, admissions process and marketing programs for the facility. Responsibilities include guiding & strategizing a marketing program for services that assures strong relationships with hospitals, community and other referral resources, payor satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive facility public image; maximization of facility profitability and reaching census & quality mix goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with Chief Marketing, Administrator, & Admissions office, and internal Admissions team daily on marketing, census growth, and outreach strategy.

Builds relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community partners to increase referrals.

Meets with prospective patients/families in hospital or community settings to convert referrals into admissions.

Documents and tracks all pending, lost, and converted referrals; provides communication throughout the day in WhatsApp, daily end‑of‑day report.

Maintains an ongoing presence in the community to strengthen the facility’s image and reputation.

Creates and participates in marketing events, community presentations, and public relations initiatives.

Provides backup support for admissions when needed.

Identifies new marketing opportunities with hospitals, physicians, and community partners, both for the individual facility and across facility network clusters; follows up in collaboration with the Chief Marketing and Admissions Office.

Supports long‑ and short‑term strategic marketing initiatives by assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of outreach programs, campaigns, and partnership activities to drive census growth and market presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation.

High computer proficiency (Word, Excel, CRM systems, etc.)

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to handle confidential information and multi‑task in fast‑paced settings.

Working Conditions

Role involves travel across the community and may require 'off‑hours' attendance (evenings, weekends).

CEU Event: CEU Event for SW/CM

In Service: On‑site presentation for Hospitals

Dinner/Outing: Relationship building with referral sources, small group or 1:1

Lunch: Group or individual lunch for hospitals

1:1: Coffee, lunch, getting outside hospital
