Overview The Marketing Programs Manager develops and executes multi‑channel campaigns that attract new prospects and deepen engagement with existing customers. This role works globally across time zones and regions, partners closely with resellers, and owns programs designed to drive acquisition, upsell, and customer loyalty.
Location Boston, MA (Hybrid; 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
What You’ll Do:
Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing programs for both new business and customer expansion initiatives
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to shape messaging for prospects, customers, and resellers
Use audience insights and market trends to create campaigns that connect with target segments, improve fan/customer experience, and increase brand loyalty
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; use data to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI
Develop engaging content and digital assets for email, web, advertising, webinars, and social platforms
Ensure consistent user journeys and experiences from initial prospect engagement to ongoing customer nurture
Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient execution
Support channel/reseller marketing and partner initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel campaigns globally
Proven success driving both new business and customer expansion/up‑sell programs
Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and fan/community engagement best practices
Data‑driven approach to campaign analysis and optimization
Exceptional cross‑functional teamwork and project management skills
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), and analytics tools
Experience coordinating global marketing activities and working with distributed/multicultural teams
It’s Great if You Have:
Experience with channel marketing or reseller programs
Track record of building customer advocacy, referral, or loyalty initiatives
Background in digital experience, community, or fan‑focused engagement

Pay Transparency The anticipated cash compensation range for this position is $75,000–$98,000 annually. The cash compensation package includes base salary, on‑target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HYCU’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all roles are eligible to participate in HYCU’s equity plan and benefits program. Individual compensation packages are determined by a combination of factors unique to each candidate, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation may deviate from this range based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
