Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Associate Director on the OneVue Performance, Media and Measurement (PMM) team to lead the implementation and execution of a comprehensive audience strategy across National Media for a suite of brands within the Kenvue Portfolio. This role will drive success by fostering collaboration, streamlining workflows, and iterating on and developing innovative audience solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate insights to inform media plan optimizations using available data points from media platforms, incrementality studies, and other syndicated research sources.
Heavily participate in the E2E process of Kenvue’s Intelligent Digital Attribution (IDA) program, which measures incrementality of media to inform strategic media optimization.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive measurement & learning plan across National and Media for Kenvue’s leading brands.
Lead the design, execution, and reporting of Kenvue’s Enterprise Learning Agenda (ELA) test-and-learn initiatives, working closely with clients to define test objectives. Delegate responsibilities with cross‑functional teams to execute test plans, and develop clear and actionable reports that communicate findings and recommendations.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership—communicating the team’s progress, insights, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Provide proactive contribution to clients’ business growth by identifying new business opportunities; develop long‑term solutions for clients including custom data management solutions and data solutions.

Work Experience
6-8 years of experience in a media‑related role, with an emphasis on audience strategy and planning, ideally across national and/or retail media channels.
Prior experience working in Programmatic, with a strong familiarity with DSPs such as Trade Desk and/or DV360.
Experience in the CPG industry a plus.
