We are currently seeking experienced AV Tech Level 3 professionals or Broadcast Engineers with AV/Digital Signage expertise to support one of our clients at a newly built‑out public installation located within a mall environment. The work requires onsite support to ensure hardware stability, rapid response to outages, and troubleshooting across signage, audio, and theater systems.
Technicians will be responsible for ensuring that all systems remain fully operational, with particular attention to resolving issues that may arise following mall‑wide power outages or unexpected failures. The site includes a public‑facing installation as well as a theater space that hosts night and weekend events, requiring flexible coverage based on schedule demands.
This assignment requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently onsite. Please note: we will need to confirm how much notice is required when requesting event‑based after‑hours coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
AV Tech Level 3 or Broadcast Engineer experienced with live environments
Able to work independently and manage onsite operations
Strong diagnostic and escalation judgment
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a public‑facing environment
Flexible availability for event support scheduling
Key Responsibilities
Arrive onsite to verify all systems are active and functioning properly.
De‑escalate, diagnose, and resolve AV, power, network, and control system issues.
Provide coverage during live events, including nights and weekends when needed.
Troubleshoot equipment listed below (AV, signage, theater systems).
Coordinate with remote support teams as needed.
Maintain documentation of issues, activity, corrective actions, and uptime.
Ensure stability, performance continuity, and operational readiness of all systems.
