**Key Responsibilities** Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and email to drive engagement and lead conversion. Lead website enhancements, focusing on user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and lead generation. Track and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work with content creators to develop account-specific landing pages, personalized email sequences, and targeted digital ads. **Required Skills & Qualifications** 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing operations, website management, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, display). Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, and website optimization best practices. Proficiency in ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization is a plus.
