Position Summary The Communications & Change Coordinator plays a key role in supporting internal communications and change initiatives that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged. Reporting to the Manager, Global Communications & Change Enablement and partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Engagement, this entry‑level role helps execute day‑to‑day communications activities, maintain core channels, and support employee experience initiatives. From creating intranet content and executing employee communications to managing calendars and supporting creative design, this role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, supporting several teams within our organization. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating clear, compelling communications that inform, inspire, and engage our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Create, publish, and maintain intranet content, pages, and microsites

to keep the intranet updated and positioned as the central hub for employee news, resources, and engagement.

Distribute employee communications

across email and other internal channels.

Assist in crafting content

for various formats (emails, intranet posts, FAQs, toolkits, guides, process documents) to support employee communications, engagement, and change initiatives.

Support the development of our employee newsletter and storytelling initiatives , including content gathering and drafting.

Design creative assets and templates

using tools like Canva to enhance the visual appeal of branded communications.

Maintain and organize the communications calendar , ensuring timely updates and supporting process documentation.

Maintain a library of core brand and communication assets , including templates and visuals.

Collaborate with the external brand marketing team

to align internal and external messaging for consistency.

Assist in creating employer brand content for social media platforms

to support talent attraction and engagement.

Leverage digital communications channels

to create digestible, actionable content for employees.

Support coordination of global leadership tours

by collaborating across teams and departments to ensure a successful engagement for leaders and employees.

Support employee onboarding and exit interview processes , communications, and feedback surveys.

Track and report performance metrics

for internal communications, global leadership tours, and employee engagement initiatives to inform improvements.

Provide administrative and project support

for communications, engagement, and change initiatives led by the Manager, Global Communications & Change Enablement and Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Internship or entry‑level experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, human resources, or marketing preferred.

Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across multiple formats.

Basic project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with digital communication platforms (email, CMS, social media, video).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with Canva or similar design tools.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually appealing content.

Ability to adapt and execute in a fast‑paced, evolving, and matrixed environment.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45,292.00 USD – $56,615.00 USD annually.
