Vice President of Marketing – Oncology We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing with extensive experience launching new hematology/oncology products and integrating commercial strategy into early development programs. The core objective is to build, lead and execute all aspects of Nurix Therapeutics marketing efforts. Responsibilities
Develop and execute global and US marketing strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including brand development, promotions, digital marketing, patient marketing, and marketing operations. Lead commercial strategy and tactical plans for successful launches of Nurix’s lead asset and subsequent assets in the US and other international markets. Collaborate with commercial insights & analytics to maintain deep market insights, competitive intelligence, and key performance metrics. Partner with Clinical Development to inform trial design, prioritize lifecycle plans and future pipeline assets. Maintain regular and effective communication with the field sales team to solicit input, feedback and deliver solutions. Work with finance to develop commercial forecasts, quarterly estimates and operating budgets. Develop and sustain strong relationships with US and international Thought Leaders to inform strategy. Ensure successful agency and vendor partnerships and participate in portfolio strategy and commercial evaluation of business development opportunities. Provide input to other business planning processes such as IC planning, CMC, budgeting, etc. Travel domestically and internationally to attend industry meetings, customer engagements, and market research. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. U.S. hematology/oncology launch experience required; global launch experience strongly preferred. Experience building teams and commercial capabilities. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in competitive markets. Proven success collaborating with commercial disciplines (market access, sales, operations, training, insights/analytics, etc.). Highly analytical, comfortable with data‑driven analysis and insights‑based strategy. Resourceful, adaptive, and creative problem‑solving mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to a wide range of audiences. Strong team orientation and collaborative ability. Alignment with Nurix culture and values.
