We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, IT Service to join our team to execute the product marketing strategy for our new IT Service offering. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead successful product launches, craft compelling messaging and demo stories, and build comprehensive go‑to‑market plans that drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning:

Define differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with IT buyers, highlights key value propositions, and directly addresses their pain points.

Product Launches:

Execute product launches and release marketing for new IT Service features and solutions while aligning cross‑functional teams including Product, Sales, Campaigns, Content, and CIO Marketing.

Go‑to‑Market Execution:

Partner closely with sales teams to enable on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, including building robust sales playbooks, providing actionable competitive intelligence, and creating impactful enablement programs.

Content Development:

Develop a wide range of compelling content that resonates with the IT buyer and guides them through the purchase journey. This includes product demos, customer success stories, white papers, webinars, social media, and website copy.

Product Presentations:

Design and deliver compelling presentations that motivate target audiences to understand how IT Service can benefit their business.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue and pipeline, leveraging data to inform future product marketing and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and/or go‑to‑market.

Proven ability to execute successful product launches that generate awareness and pipeline.

Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.

Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leaders, cross‑functional teams, and customers, driving alignment across stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and consistently achieving measurable marketing goals.

Proactive, results‑driven mindset with the ability to take ownership of new projects and lead through ambiguity.

Bonus

Experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain or related IT services space.

Technically savvy, comfortable getting into the technical product details, and driving and/or building product demos using live environments and design/video tools, like Figma and Camtasia.

A positive, can‑do attitude that fosters optimism, creativity, and a continuous desire to learn and grow.

For New York‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For California‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.
