Marketing Product Manager – Endourology
to drive upstream strategy and downstream commercial execution across our advanced laser, scope, and BPH product portfolios.
As the Marketing Product Manager – Endourology, you will be the strategic and clinical voice connecting customer needs with Dornier’s innovation pipeline.
You’ll partner across R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to shape product roadmaps, launch global solutions, and strengthen Dornier’s leadership in endourology.
What You’ll Do
Shape the Future of Endourology
Lead upstream product strategy and identify unmet clinical needs.
Conduct voice‑of‑customer (VoC) research with urologists and OR teams.
Translate insights into product requirements, design inputs, and business cases.
Collaborate with R&D and Clinical teams to define long‑term product roadmaps across lasers, scopes, and BPH solutions.
Own global downstream marketing execution, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
Develop value propositions, messaging, and clinical content for capital and disposable products.
Create campaign assets, digital content, training tools, and field enablement resources.
Partner with Sales to support competitive positioning and commercial success.
Track launch performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion the Customer Voice
Engage routinely with urologists, nurses, and OR staff to gather feedback.
Work with Clinical and Medical Affairs to generate evidence and highlight outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert ensuring alignment across global teams.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of marketing or product management experience within
medical devices .
Strong background in
urology/endourology
technologies, including:
Stone management
(ureteroscopes, baskets, access sheaths, stents, Holmium/Thulium lasers)
Proven analytical skills with the ability to convert insights into strategy.
Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel 25–30%, including international meetings and customer visits.
Preferred
Experience managing
capital equipment + disposables .
Knowledge of FDA, MDR, and reimbursement pathways (Class II/III devices).
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, HubSpot).
Prior success in new product development and global launches.
