About the Job We’re looking for a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and creatively minded Sync and Publishing Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. If you’re passionate about music, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the world of sync licensing and music publishing, this is the role for you!

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience at a publisher, sync company, label, or music supervision company. You’ll join a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your contributions are valued and there’s plenty of room to grow. For candidates with no formal work experience, we welcome relevant internships—ideally one or two—directly related to sync, publishing, or the label side of the music industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the synchronization licensing process, including clearances, negotiations, and placement of music in film, television, and advertising.

Support music publishing operations, such as tracking royalties, registering works, and coordinating with composers and songwriters.

Maintain accurate records of sync and publishing agreements, invoices, and royalty statements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure and manage sync opportunities.

Help with administrative tasks related to the sync and publishing departments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications

Up to 2 years of experience in a publisher, sync company, label, or music supervision environment (internships acceptable).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for music and knowledge of the sync licensing and publishing landscape.
