Ecosystem

product group, which includes the

Marketplace, Extensibility platform, and Developer Experience . This role is pivotal in ensuring that our ecosystem solutions are clearly understood and adopted by customers, partners, and developers alike. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partner Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, and the broader Marketing and GTM teams to shape messaging, build launch strategies, and drive adoption across multiple audiences. This is a high-impact role for someone excited to work at the intersection of platform strategy, developer experience, and partner-led growth. What To Expect

Product Positioning & Messaging:

Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for the Ecosystem product group—including the Marketplace, Extensibility features, and Developer Experience. Articulate how these capabilities create business value and craft content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Align messaging with Contentful’s overall brand narrative while highlighting the specific strengths of the Ecosystem offering. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate closely with the GTM PMM team and lead go-to-market execution for new partner-driven initiatives and launches across the Ecosystem. Define and execute campaigns in close collaboration with other marketing functions such as Brand, Content, Demand Generation, and Events. Promote integrations and raise awareness of Marketplace offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Align teams around GTM goals, support internal training, and ensure our partner ecosystem is well-positioned to succeed. Create materials and strategies that promote integration adoption and partner value. Storytelling & Enablement:

Create compelling product stories that illustrate how Contentful’s ecosystem delivers value. Develop messaging frameworks, announcement copy, sales enablement tools, and case studies. Work with Sales and Enablement to equip teams to communicate the value of our ecosystem. Market Research & Insights:

Collaborate with the Product Research team to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Synthesize research into actionable recommendations that inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities. Performance Measurement:

Track the impact of work through key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and partner-driven growth. Analyze performance, surfacing insights, and continuously improve messaging and GTM plans to drive real business outcomes. What You Need To Be Successful

5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with exposure to platforms, partner ecosystems, or developer-oriented tools. Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; able to explain abstract or technical concepts in a way that resonates with business stakeholders. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Experience collaborating with Partnerships and Partner Marketing to support co-marketing and ecosystem engagement. Strategic thinking; define positioning, map messaging to customer needs, and develop scalable launch plans. Execution-oriented; self-starter who balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity & adaptability; eager to learn, test ideas, iterate quickly. Customer-first perspective and interest in extensibility and developer experience. What's in it for you?

Salary range: $140,000 - $168,000 (for those working or residing in New York). Position eligible for equity awards in accordance with Contentful’s equity plans. Who are we?
