Position Summary Operates telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Monitors alarms and security systems. Responds to codes and emergencies following established protocols. Acts as a medical center receptionist/resource by performing various communications and clerical duties.
Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and route appropriately.
Able to respond to all code situations.
Accurate documentation is maintained.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 0-2 years.
