We are seeking a talented and strategic Product Marketing Manager 1 to join our Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will develop marketing strategies and campaign plans across the product lifecycle to attain business growth and strengthen brand positioning. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and global teams to ensure successful product launches and pre- and post-marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Collaborate with specialty marketing leaders to align priorities, projects, and plans
Develop marketing strategies throughout product lifecycle aligned with business goals, brand strategy, and brand perception improvement
Engage with customers and SMEs to understand market needs and inform marketing strategies
Utilize customer personas and buyer journeys to shape marketing strategies and plans
Create go-to-market strategies in partnership with product management, sales, and global functions
Develop compelling value propositions, claims, and messaging consistent with brand guidelines
Manage large, complex marketing initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Set objectives for campaigns, channels, and events, including customer meetings and conferences
Lead the execution of product launches and post-market initiatives
Review and approve campaign tactics and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with advertising and promotional standards
Provide measurable input to marketing processes, systems, and operational plans
Foster a workplace culture that respects and supports individual differences
Maintain professional and effective interactions across all levels of the global organization
Uphold company values, policies, and standards
Communicate effectively through oral and written channels
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
5-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing or product management
Proven success in developing marketing strategies throughout product lifecycle that drive business results
Experience in product development, product launches, events management
Familiar with medical industry regulations in major global markets
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills
Resourceful, ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
Great team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% in a year
Experience in Urology preferred
Physical & Work Environment
General office environment
Ability to sit for extended periods and work with computers
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
