Analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points. Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions for problems. Present design work and articulate design decisions. Update acceptance criteria and define the logic for your work. Take full‑cycle ownership of work from ideation to post‑release. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers. Utilize multiple platforms—including employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard—to solve customer problems. Build and update components in the Design System, designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team. Qualifications
4‑5 years of experience in end‑to‑end product design for web and mobile apps. Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design. Experience with design systems. Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team. Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA. Able to balance deep focus and efficient execution. Total Rewards
