Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr.

This position is responsible for helping facilitate a positive and inviting image of Bentwater Yacht & Country Club, including its amenities and services offered to all members and the public. The role is achieved through various forms of marketing, including online content on Bentwater.com, direct mail and email, and third‑party website applications to increase business for Weddings, Special Events, Corporate Meetings, Golf Tournaments, Guest Villa Occupancy, and onsite catering of Bentwater Community organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or a minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training.

Preferred experience in the hospitality industry.

Working knowledge of website configuration and SEO (search engine optimization).

Ability to design and implement look‑and‑feel content, including graphical design and wording.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and implement processes to ensure all content added to Bentwater.com or any internet‑based site is approved by senior executive management before release.

Prepare, proofread, and edit web content, newsletters, and other requested notifications from various department heads before content is published.

Prepare and distribute satisfaction surveys to membership, review results, and present actionable reports to senior management.

Gather photos and event information, post content in newsletters and blog posts to enhance Bentwater’s image and revenue.

Analyze social media outlets (The Knot, Wedding Wire, GolfNow, PGA, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) and collaborate with departments to implement best choices for revenue growth.

Review and improve SEO across Google Business, Yelp, Bing Places, Facebook, Trip Advisor, Bookings, and Hotels.com; present cost and expected results to senior management.

Coordinate third‑party online programs connected to the website (Members First, domain licensing, mobile apps, etc.).

Handle ordering of signage and employee award program graphics; post around club facilities and outside parties.

Produce a monthly newsletter with approval.

Prepare cost estimates for all activities and provide to CFO for annual budgeting.
