Crossmark Global Investments is seeking a

highly organized and proactive Marketing and Sales Analyst

to provide comprehensive support across our Distribution, Sales, and Marketing teams. This is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn about the asset management industry. This position offers a clear career path to roles in Internal Sales, National Accounts, Sales Enablement, or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, sales materials, and coordinating follow-up items for financial advisors.

Project Management & Research:

Contribute to special projects, including competitor analysis, data mining, and market research. Utilize

AdvizorPro

and

Salesforce (CRM)

applications to create lead lists for the sales and marketing teams.

Performance Analysis:

Prepare hypothetical illustrations for financial advisors and RIAs using

Zephyr

and

Morningstar .

Marketing & Events:

Coordinate conference sponsorships and wholesaler kits, including marketing materials, promotional items, booth kit, printing, and shipping.

Additional Responsibilities:

Organize and manage internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation. Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem‑solving skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in the asset management industry is a plus.
