Overview
Assistant Marketing Manager will assist the Marketing Manager (MM) with analyzing market data to create and execute a targeted, direct marketing strategy that drives qualified traffic while maintaining the brand integrity of Beazer Homes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Administration
Gathers, organizes, and maintains visual assets in the media library (photography, virtual tours, etc.) and shares with Sales and Marketing departments for use on beazer.com, MLS, social media, and collateral.
Performs general administrative duties as needed including coding and processing of invoices, setting up of new vendors and tracking of advertising and promotions budgets with MM and Sales Leadership.
Participates in weekly sales and marketing meetings and other division strategy meetings.
Maintain & socialize Beazer’s brand standards.
Regularly pulls PowerBI reports for measuring ROI and analysis of Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Support and manage vendor and marketing partner relationships.
Audits and provides recommendations on property listings, including photos, in MLS and bcom.
Partner with IT for all sales office set ups.
May support division employee engagement initiatives, including Charity outreach, division meetings, or other events.
Marketing Execution
Acts as a company brand ambassador with the division team, including the planning and execution of internal communications to drive awareness of marketing campaigns, projects, etc…
Assist MM to coordinate model photography, community and model videos, and quick move-in photography with local vendors, providing guidance on shot lists and video requirements per brand standards.
Produces or coordinates community collateral (floorplans, price sheets, features sheets, etc.)
Partner with MM to fully execute hyper targeted campaigns, which may include production of direct mail, flyers, and or emails. Will include copy writing, image selection and implementation.
Assist with planning and execution of marketing promotions, community events, and community grand openings as needed.
Assist MM with community sales center and signage strategies, implementation, and maintenance.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in a marketing position, preferably in new homes sales / real estate industry or a marketing agency.
Skills & Abilities
Strong project management skills.
Performance driven and results oriented; takes initiative and demonstrates follow through.
Experience with Microsoft platforms (Teams, PowerBi, PowerPoint) preferred.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and capture detailed requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements
Typical office environment (5 days per week.)
May occasionally work weekends for events.
Weekly travel to communities required.
