Coordinator, Product Marketing Join NBCUniversal as a Coordinator, Product Marketing. This role supports the operational execution of NBCU’s advertising product marketing initiatives. You will track timelines, maintain GTM collateral, and stay aligned across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Manage internal asset repositories (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessible.

Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one‑sheets.

Manage intake requests and prioritize across the PMM team and stakeholders.

Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefings.

Coordinate with creative/design teams to facilitate asset development and timely delivery.

Qualifications

1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or media.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project‑management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.

Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams.

Open to working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Desired Characteristics Eager to learn and build a career in marketing, media, or advertising; naturally organized and attentive to detail; comfortable asking questions; enjoys supporting teams and taking initiative; positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Hybrid This position is hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary range $55,000 – $58,000 per year + overtime.
