The
Demand Generation Marketing Specialist
is a key member of the Americas marketing team, helping to achieve aggressive growth at Stratasys. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation for regional marketing activities. You will work closely with the regional marketing team and partners to create and execute campaigns and digital initiatives supporting events, trade shows, field marketing events, promotions, and regional campaigns.
What you will be doing?
Supports AMER Marketing team in executing the overall regional marketing plans
Creates email and social campaigns for regional initiatives, and in support of channel partners
Supports building and managing the regional marketing calendar
Manages the execution of regional promotions by developing collateral, working with Product and Vertical Marketers on drafting copy, setting up and executing email campaigns, identifying targeting criteria
Works with the regional marketers on setting up campaigns and marketing for events, trade shows
Works in HubSpot to create and launch regional emails and landing pages
Works closely with the events team to market and drive attendance to Stratasys customer-facing events
Works with Events/Trade Show Specialist to support trade shows/events as needed
Ability to articulate campaign strategy, goals, and KPIs verbally and via PowerPoint to internal teams for execution
Collaborative, with ability to work closely with regional marketers and partner marketing teams on demand gen activities
Performs all other duties as assigned
Must have for this role?
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (Business, Journalism, Communications, etc.) or equivalent experience
2-4 years’ marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing
Experience using HubSpot to execute email marketing and track campaign results
Experience setting up campaigns in Salesforce and using it for reports
Nice to have?
Demonstrated ability to execute high-impact demand generation activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with external partners, internal teams, and sales
Ability to draft marketing copy, collaborating with regional marketers, product marketers, and vertical marketers
Experience setting up and running webinars
Experience creating short marketing videos a plus
MS Office including PPT, Excel, and Word
Experience using Canva and Monday.com a plus
Experience using AI tools to create content, images, and short videos
Ability to speak Spanish
Travel Requirements: 10%, domestic

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $65,726 to 80,640, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
