Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape and grow a portfolio of community-focused neighborhood shopping centers anchored by grocery stores. This role blends creative brand development, local engagement, and property marketing to help revitalize and promote centers that serve as vibrant community hubs.
About the Role You’ll oversee the full marketing function for a growing network of retail properties, working closely with property managers, tenants, and creative partners to develop and execute marketing programs that drive awareness and foot traffic. The company is in growth mode — not a startup, but with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture — and this role offers an opportunity to build a brand from the ground up while helping bring its vision to life.
Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day brand steward, ensuring marketing efforts align with overall brand vision and visual identity.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the portfolio, including social media, digital, and community events.
Collaborate with property managers and tenants to tailor marketing initiatives based on demographics and regional trends.
Manage external vendors and agencies for design, production, and digital work.
Oversee website updates, content calendars, and analytics to measure performance and engagement.
Coordinate quarterly marketing planning and reporting across teams.
Support rebranding initiatives and bring creative ideas that build awareness and buzz around the centers.
Who You Are
5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, real estate, or consumer‑facing environments.
Strong balance of creative and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across markets.
Hands‑on and proactive — able to execute as well as strategize.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Familiarity with property management, event marketing, and WordPress a plus.
