You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
Executing and distributing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and affiliate networks
Collaborating with media partners to ensure creative assets are formatted, named, and launched correctly
Generating and managing UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking and attribution
Coordinating affiliate marketing initiatives and monitoring performance
Partnering with internal teams to prepare campaign reviews, creative briefs, and performance share-outs
Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve ROI
Supporting A/B testing initiatives and creative optimization efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to affiliate programs
Proficiency in campaign management tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising)
Strong understanding of UTM tracking, attribution models, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with Smartsheet and Tableau
