Marvin Replacement brings Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners through a direct‑to‑consumer model, delivering premium fiberglass products, personalized in‑home consultations, and professional installation.
We’re looking for a natural leader passionate about mentoring teams, experienced in event marketing and/or retail environments. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across retail locations and events, driving performance through coaching, strategic scheduling, and hands‑on support.
Highlights of your role
Manage relationships with retail partners, lead staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassadors, and represent the organization at shows, events, and in‑store to generate qualified leads.
Report regularly on performance needs and metrics.
Develop and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses.
Set up and tear down events, ensuring materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
Travel within the assigned market; occasional travel to other markets as needed.
Receive performance bonuses for every appointment scheduled.

Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers.
Ability to travel to all assigned shows and events.
Consistently work weekends with few exceptions.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and move displays up to 75 pounds; stand for extended periods.
Set up and tear down up to two shows per day.

Compensation $70,000 - $100,000 base salary plus performance bonuses. Unlimited earning potential.
