Coordinate social media and marketing administrative support for projects, promotional efforts, activities and events with New Millennium sales & marketing team, as well as industry marketing partners.
Responsibilities
Social media responsibilities include daily monitoring, scheduling posts, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside partners to generate influential campaigns.
Organize tradeshows and events including schedules, personnel, and materials.
Coordinate marketing tasks such as product photo procurement, yearly calendar development, website updates, brochure & catalog development, and continuing education.
Coordinate shipping of various items for sales & marketing teams.
Maintain inventory of literature and apparel/gifts.
Requirements
Highly organized, self-motivated, ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Previous marketing and/or sales experience.
Previous experience in social media management.
