Position Summary We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution, optimization, and tracking infrastructure across multiple paid media channels. This role requires expertise in media buying, ad tech setup, attribution modeling, and CRM integrations to ensure seamless data flow and maximize marketing performance.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and fluent in Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads, and experienced in setting up tracking ecosystems, conversion APIs, and full‑funnel marketing strategies. They will play a critical role in scaling campaigns efficiently, optimizing budgets, and ensuring accurate performance measurement.

Success Looks Like

Campaigns executed with full‑funnel tracking and optimization, ensuring seamless attribution and revenue reporting.

Accurate data flow between ad platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to enhance targeting and lead nurturing.

New customer acquisition and ROI‑driven media buying—scaling campaigns efficiently without wasted ad spend.

Proactive testing of new strategies, audience segments, and creative assets across platforms.

Objectives

Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Allocate ad budgets strategically to drive efficient customer acquisition and maximize ROI.

Identify high‑performing audience segments and refine targeting for prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

Configure Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Events Manager for server‑side and client‑side tracking.

Manage Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for advanced event tracking and accurate offline/online conversions.

Set up Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Enhanced Conversions for precise measurement.

Oversee pixel & event tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Integrate ad managers with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce) to ensure seamless lead nurturing and automated follow‑ups.

Automate data syncing between lead forms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM platforms for real‑time lead flow.

Create Zapier workflows and API connections to pass data between ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.

Manage lead funnels using GHL and ClickFunnels 2.0 to drive conversions.

Implement UTM parameters and tracking URLs to attribute leads and revenue across campaigns.

Competencies

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Deep knowledge of ad tracking and attribution—including CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, and UTM tracking.

Proficiency in CRM integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce) and lead flow automation.

Experience with Google Ads tracking, GA4 event tracking, and offline conversion tracking.

Skill in setting up Zapier automations and API integrations.

Expertise in media buying strategies, budget management, and performance optimization for direct response campaigns.

Ability to optimize landing pages in ClickFunnels or GHL.

Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), GA4, and other data visualization tools.

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Intermediate financial acumen to adhere to ad budget.

Data‑driven mindset to measure relevant KPIs and recommend data‑based decisions.
