Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications department, you will support various initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media materials.
Support social media management, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
Research and compile information for communication campaigns and reports.
Help coordinate internal and external events, including logistics and promotion.
Maintain and update the company’s communications calendar and database.
Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, blogs, and other publications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms and digital communications.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
