User Experience Designer – Healthcare Products (NO C2C) Base Pay Range $45.00/hr – $55.00/hr

Job Summary The UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. This role combines strategy, research, and design to understand business goals, user needs, and market trends. The UX Designer collaborates with stakeholders, content teams, and UI designers to create human‑centered experiences that are both functional and delightful, following industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering to define business needs, user goals, and success metrics.

Create and validate concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.

Present research findings, process flows, and design artifacts to drive alignment.

Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, pattern libraries, and reusable components.

Manage component libraries, version control, and team collaboration processes in Figma.

Design responsive components optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.

Apply scalable design principles to create reusable, flexible UI components.

Plan and conduct usability testing (remote and in‑person) to identify opportunities for improvement.

Build experience maps across all user touchpoints.

Stay current on design trends, technology advancements, cognitive psychology, and human‑computer interaction.

Organize and structure information to optimize usability and clarity.

Continuously refine designs based on user feedback.

Champion human‑centered design through collaboration and cross‑functional partnerships.

Job Requirements Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in the following areas:

Conduct discovery and design research to inform UX direction and product decisions.

Contribute to design strategy activities that define the overall experience vision.

UX Design

Translate human‑centered design principles into wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.

Strong expertise in Figma (preferred), including advanced component design, auto layout, variants, and library management.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong visual and interaction design skills.

Basic understanding of programming concepts and data/system limitations.

Experience leading projects or teams, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Equivalent professional UX experience may substitute for formal education.
