We are looking for a Creative Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models.
Use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
This position focuses on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. Design reviews will involve UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.

Responsibilities
Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design
Qualifications
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
