About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead end-to-end search strategy and execution across our core digital experiences. This role is responsible for driving measurable improvements in visibility, engagement, and conversions through traditional search, AI-led search, and emerging LLM-driven experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong SEO fundamentals, solid technical understanding, and demonstrated impact in delivering performance outcomes. This position requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to advance search authority, enhance content discoverability, and contribute to scalable, data-driven SEO programs.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic quality, and organic conversion performance across high-value web surfaces
Lead optimization across traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and LLM-driven search to ensure content is discoverable, accurate, and aligned to intent
Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and SERP/LLM landscape evaluations to identify growth opportunities across all funnel stages
Manage end-to-end content optimization including briefs, metadata, internal linking, structured data, schema, FAQs, and SERP feature targeting
Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, SEM, Social, and Campaign teams to ensure coordinated execution and alignment to business priorities
Analyze performance using dashboards and analytics tools; translate data into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making
Drive a test-and-learn culture focused on experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
Monitor algorithm updates, AI-search developments, and industry trends to inform forward-looking strategies and mitigate risk
Build and scale SEO programs through repeatable processes, templates, and operating frameworks that enhance efficiency and consistency
Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and risk assessment for organic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and agility during pivots or strategy shifts
Qualifications
7+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in an enterprise or high‑growth environment
Strong understanding of core SEO fundamentals including on‑page optimization, content structure, information architecture, and foundational technical SEO
Familiarity with AI search, AEO, and LLM‑driven search behaviors across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing AI, and Claude
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements in rankings, traffic quality, engagement, and conversions
Experience working in highly cross‑functional environments with Product and Marketing teams
Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, GA4/Looker, Screaming Frog, SEMRush/Ahrefs, and related systems
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear business recommendations
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
Ability to manage prioritization, assess risks, balance trade‑offs, and maintain clarity during business pivots
