ANDROS Home is a contemporary home furnishings showroom located in Palm Beach County. The 10,000 SF showroom features living, kitchen, and outdoor collections from prestigious American and European brands.
Role Description The Andros Design Leader role is a highly skilled design professional responsible for elevating the creative vision, client experience and design excellence of the company. The primary focus of the role is the production of “Turn-Key” interior decor packages for luxury residential and hospitality projects. The Design Leader also supports our sales team through expert design guidance, visual direction, and extensive product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead our “Turn-Key” interior decor projects from concept through installation
Establish and maintain the Andros visual identity, style standards, and brand aesthetic.
Oversee showroom vignettes, layout planning, and rotating display concepts.
Provide design support on client projects, including product recommendations and layout reviews.
Approve all visual assets, presentations, and design-oriented sales materials.
Mentor Design Associates; ensure accuracy in drawings, specs, and proposals.
Work cross-functionally to plan product launches, showroom refreshes, and promotional events.
Support sales by providing elevated design consultation when clients need deeper guidance.
Qualifications
5+ years in interior design/decor, spatial design, showroom creative direction, or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Related Field preferred
Strong Design Sensibility and Attention to Detail
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑department collaboration skills.
Must be available for “in‑person” work at our Lake Park, FL showroom
