We are seeking a talented and motivated
Associate Designer
to join our
Boys and Men’s Design
team. This role partners closely with the Head Designer to create collections that cater to the street, contemporary, and mass markets, spanning categories including sportswear, tops and bottoms, knits, wovens, and swim. The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, a creative eye for trend and color, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head Designer on seasonal line development and design direction
Research trends, colors, fabrics, trims, prints, and graphics for new concepts
Create detailed CAD sketches, line sheets, and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator
Build and maintain BOMs and tech packs for development, costing, and production
Develop vector artwork, all-over prints, and stripe or embroidery layouts
Communicate directly with factories on sample status, development updates, and product inquiries
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Sales teams on special projects and SMUs
Organize and maintain fabric, trim, and sample libraries; update WIPs and development trackers
Support overall team organization, including sample check-ins and design documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
5+ years of apparel design experience (men’s or boys’ apparel preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
Experience with vector graphics, all-over prints, and artwork development
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
