Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Corpus Christi, TX. The specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing marketing strategies, conducting sales outreach, providing training to clients or team members, and executing sales plans effectively. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to meet targets and oversee sales processes
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and address customer needs
Experience in providing Training to clients or internal teams
Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
