We are seeking a passionate and driven Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments, contributing to the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with a keen interest in communications, marketing, or public relations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts. Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities aimed at enhancing community engagement and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze media coverage and online engagement, preparing reports to provide insights on communication efforts. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that support organizational goals. Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and engagement with followers. Assist in maintaining the company website, providing updates, and ensuring content accuracy. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment, while also being self‑motivated and detail‑oriented. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
