Lead Customer Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Customer Marketing Specialist (Healthcare) to drive demand generation and customer engagement within the Building Automation (BA) vertical. Overview

As a key member of the BA vertical marketing team, you will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to develop targeted campaigns, analyze market trends, and deliver measurable results that support growth and profitability. Responsibilities

Define the vertical strategy, document white‑paper, gain stakeholder alignment Collaborate with sales teams to understand target customers and geographies, develop targeted marketing campaigns, deliver account‑based marketing Develop and execute marketing plan aligned to short‑ and long‑term demand generation plan for region Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans Develop messaging and content that moves prospects through funnel, working with offering management and business leaders Coordinate need for material, communication, lead management, agency support through shared services (COE’s) Co‑manage vertical events and partnerships, participate in non‑specific vertical events as needed Participate in customer visits to learn and engage first‑hand with key target accounts Utilize Global Design Models, participate in enhancing usage and KPIs Monitor and report on effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights and recommendations for improvement Monitor and report on performance of vertical results with COE’s and data support group Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles Dynamic, self‑motivated, thrives in fast‑paced environment Teamwork and collaboration Innovative and creative thinking, continuous improvement Customer‑centric mindset Strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results‑oriented mindset, achieving measurable outcomes Passion for marketing, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends Commitment to diversity and inclusion Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field Master’s degree preferred Proven track record developing successful marketing programs Strong leadership and project management abilities Experience managing and mentoring a team (preferred) Experience in technology or manufacturing industry (preferred) Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $114,000 – $143,000. This range is a general guideline and may vary based on experience and market. Location
