Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Champion design excellence across all workplace interiors projects, ensuring innovation and relevance.
Lead the design process and mentor project designers, fostering creativity and high performance.
Present design concepts to clients and contribute to business development efforts.
Direct the production of design materials including concepts, schedules, and budgets.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory practices, applying them to elevate project outcomes.
Skills and Experience
Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design or Architectural program.
Professional registration required.
8+ years of experience in workplace interiors with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proven leadership in design, team management, and client engagement.
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design tools.
