The Marketing Communications Professional is responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies to support Advanced Positioning sector. This individual contributor role focuses on creating impactful marketing materials, managing communication channels, and enhancing brand visibility. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within the agriculture industry or industrial technology space.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing communications to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.

Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagestrategiesment and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

Represent at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and manage on-site logistics where has a presence/booth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the agriculture industry or industry technology sector.

Strong understanding of marketing communications principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel as needed.
