Central States Industrial (CSI)
Photography & Design Specialist
Central States Industrial (CSI), Springfield, Missouri, us, 65897
CSI is looking for a creative, self-driven Photography & Design Specialist to bring our brand to life through original visuals and thoughtful storytelling. This role blends photography, graphic design, light copywriting, and branding to create high-impact content that elevates CSI’s identity across digital, print, environmental, and event-related projects.
In this role, you’ll capture compelling photography of people, products, equipment, and real shop activity, transforming those images into visually engaging materials used in brochures, catalogs, web pages, social media, tradeshows, interior artwork, and more. You’ll also design graphics for print and digital, craft short-form copy that supports visual storytelling, and help shape the creative strategy behind company events and branded experiences.
The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and able to spot meaningful moments and visual opportunities with minimal direction. You’ll consistently contribute original creative ideas, maintain strong organization and brand standards, and collaborate with internal teams to produce polished, cohesive materials. This role also supports marketing coordination tasks, including tradeshow preparation, promotional item distribution, and event assistance.
Success in this position is measured not only by the quality and consistency of your work, but by your creative growth—your initiative, collaboration, and ability to use visuals to make a strategic and lasting impact. At CSI, employees embrace our core values, pursue continuous development, take smart risks, and approach challenges with positivity and professionalism.
If you’re a versatile creative with strong photography and design skills—and a desire to help shape how a brand is seen both inside and outside the organization—we’d love to meet you.
CSI employees are actively engaged in the company’s culture, committed to our core values and have a passion for excellence. You must be a motivated self-starter with attention to detail, able to handle changes and a busy schedule. We offer an excellent benefits and compensation package and an outstanding cultural environment in which to work.
