Responsibilities
Manage and grow
all Alliance Orthopedics social media channels
— Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish
daily posts
aligned with the content calendar and marketing campaigns.
Write
engaging captions , research high-performing hashtags, and maintain an active presence by responding to comments and DMs.
Collaborate closely with
designers, videographers, and editors
to bring creative campaigns to life.
Monitor performance metrics, track
analytics , and deliver
monthly reports
highlighting growth trends and engagement insights.
Stay ahead of
social trends, platform updates, and best practices
to keep AO’s digital presence fresh and relevant.
Requirements
2–4 years
of experience managing professional social media accounts, ideally in healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
Deep understanding of
social media strategy, engagement growth, and brand voice.
Excellent writing skills with a knack for
storytelling and emotional connection.
Proficiency in
social scheduling tools
(Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and
analytics platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, creative environment.
