We are looking for a motivated self‑starter who embodies a passion for dance‑music culture and social media, with experience in marketing and enthusiasm for the digital landscape.
THE ROLE The Marketing Assistant’s primary role is to support the Marketing department in executing the marketing strategy and in handling administrative and social media duties. The position is full‑time, based in the Glendale, CA office, and requires presence at various event locations as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure department functionality and coordination.
Support the marketing team in organizing projects such as college and influencer outreach, promotions, and experience activations at club shows.
Attend club shows to post on socials, create content, and facilitate activations.
Ideate and create content for brand awareness—viral TikTok videos, reels, and memes.
Gather weekly social‑media insights and marketing trends across platforms.
Reply to DMs, comments, and questions on various platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Work on special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four‑year degree in an applicable field.
One year of experience preferred.
Active social‑media user (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, YouTube, Snapchat).
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Docs & Sheets.
Familiar with electronic‑music artists/DJs and the culture behind them.
Desire to work in the entertainment industry.
Self‑motivated, task‑driven, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments in dynamic work locations.
Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening, and weekend hours as required.
