What You Will Do As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will build referral source relationships with hospitals, clinics and senior‑service related organizations, grow census and quality mix, develop market strategy, collaborate with acute care and other referral sources, and provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with comprehensive information and assistance.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, energetic personality
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care or related field preferred
Minimum of two years direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of sales & marketing, including partner relations, move‑in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
Proven success developing referrals in a healthcare setting
Self‑confidence, enthusiasm and desire to succeed
Team player, able to establish internal & external relationships
Professional image, appearance & behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
