- Provide outstanding customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor for any suspicious or unusual activity and report observations promptly to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
- Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and assisting visitors as needed.
- Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, following company and client site guidelines.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A valid guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
