Senior Manager, SEO (AI Engine Optimization)

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, SEO to join their Boston team and lead high-impact search initiatives. If you have over eight years of SEO experience, a strong command of AI technologies, and a passion for strategic, data-driven growth, this role is your chance to shine.

Pay Range

$150,000 – $180,000 per year plus annual bonus and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute powerful SEO and AI strategies to accelerate organic and social growth.
• Lead the execution and optimization of performance-driven initiatives across search AI.
• Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Measure impact, communicate insights to stakeholders, and oversee reporting and forecasting across all company markets.
• Manage budgets, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and stay on top of industry trends to keep the strategy ahead of the curve.
