About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas and business goals into clean, functional, and delightful interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

Conduct user research, personas, user journeys, and usability testing to guide design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements.

Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries in Figma.

Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.

Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout across all digital products.

Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems).

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, and visual design.

Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

Experience collaborating with agile development teams.

Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or FigJam is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise SaaS, IoT, or mobile-first applications.

Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to communicate design intent.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
