Job Overview
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in the insurance marketplace. We are looking for an accomplished, customer‑obsessed, results‑oriented Senior Product Manager to drive our enterprise UI framework to create consistency and efficiency in how our digital experiences are designed and developed at scale.
Location: Hybrid position requiring on‑site presence 2‑3 days a week at one of the following: Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; Chevy Chase, MD.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, making trade‑off decisions when needed.
- Drive product development efforts, including defining requirements, managing backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Continuously monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Identify options and recommendations, working through trade‑offs with partners to remove impediments for the team.
- Manage product rollout plans, segmentation, product adoption, and opportunities for product promotion.
- Partner with technology leaders to influence end‑state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable product solutions that solve material customer and business problems.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of Web & Mobile UI frameworks, including delivering at scale, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in Web & Mobile programming languages and front‑end development technologies, ideally Dart & Flutter or other cross‑platform app development frameworks.
Salary
Annual salary range $146,575.00 – $229,600.00. The above range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are considered, including scope and responsibilities of the role, selected candidate’s work experience, education, training, work location, and market and business considerations.
