We're now looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our growth engine — leading paid acquisition, optimization, and retention efforts across channels.
You'll work closely with our founder and creative team to scale efficiently and build a brand that lasts for generations.

- Own and optimize growth across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
- Own the full lifecycle of paid growth — from audience strategy and creative direction to testing and scaling what works — with support from our creative and analytics teams.
- Partner with creative and product teams to craft compelling customer journeys — from first touchpoint to repeat purchase.
- Experiment with new growth levers: influencers, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Build systems for attribution, LTV tracking, and funnel performance.
- Analyze results, share insights, and scale what works.
- 4–8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC eCommerce.
- Proven success scaling campaigns profitably across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Experience managing and scaling multiple accounts or brands, with a deep understanding of what drives performance across different audiences and products.
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV dynamics.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to drive creative and strategic decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and external partners.
- Startup or fast-growth brand experience is a plus.
- $115,000–$140,000 base salary
