We're now looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our growth engine — leading paid acquisition, optimization, and retention efforts across channels.

You'll work closely with our founder and creative team to scale efficiently and build a brand that lasts for generations.

What You'll Do
  • Own and optimize growth across paid, organic, and emerging channels.
  • Own the full lifecycle of paid growth — from audience strategy and creative direction to testing and scaling what works — with support from our creative and analytics teams.
  • Partner with creative and product teams to craft compelling customer journeys — from first touchpoint to repeat purchase.
  • Experiment with new growth levers: influencers, partnerships, and referral programs.
  • Build systems for attribution, LTV tracking, and funnel performance.
  • Analyze results, share insights, and scale what works.
What You Bring
  • 4–8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC eCommerce.
  • Proven success scaling campaigns profitably across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Experience managing and scaling multiple accounts or brands, with a deep understanding of what drives performance across different audiences and products.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data to drive creative and strategic decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and external partners.
  • Startup or fast-growth brand experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $115,000–$140,000 base salary
