Freelance Visual & Motion Designer (Spain 20h/week)
We're looking for a Freelance Visual & Motion Designer to support Hubtype, a tech company that helps enterprises deploy and scale AI Agents across messaging channels like WhatsApp.
Our platform powers millions of conversations every month for brands such as EasyJet, Wizz Air, Levi's, Guess, JetSmart, Volkswagen, and Securitas Direct, helping customers book, solve issues, and get personalised support in a single chat.
Your work will turn these AI-powered experiences into clear, compelling videos and sales visuals that help prospects "get it" in seconds.
The role in one line
You will support our Marketing team in creating product demo videos, sales videos, and presentation assets that make our value proposition clear to enterprise buyers.
This is a freelance role (20h/week), ideally based in Spain or with strong overlap with CET (European time zones).
What You Will Work On
Approximate split: 70% motion/video and 30% static design.
- Video, motion and demos: Edit and animate product walkthroughs, feature demos, and sales videos using Adobe Premiere and After Effects; prepare shorter snippets/teasers for social or sales follow-ups when needed.
- Sales decks, presentations, and sales collateral: Support the design of sales pitch decks and presentations, using Figma as the base for visual design, components, and layouts, and Google Slides as the final environment where decks are built and delivered; create and adapt slides, diagrams, flows, and layouts for enterprise audiences; help with one-pagers, PDFs, and other sales materials in Figma; occasionally design social creatives aligned with our brand.
You will be working with existing brand guidelines and direction from the Marketing Team, including our in‑house Visual Designer. This role is execution and collaboration‑focused.
